I truly enjoy NP products bin a customer at least 20 plus years. Everyone is trying to cut cost great so am I. My last few orders I've requested to have my invoice placed inside the box of mercandise I order. No luck first it was no return envelope now no invoice. When I call customer service I'm told it's on line. It's BS on NP to me a customer. I have to use my ink, paper ,envelope stamp. It cost me over $50 just to order shipping ,set up on orders usually over $200 and you can't stick paper invoice in the box. Come on that's BS
