Besides some of the little tips were off & had ink leak on other pens, they were ok.upsets me is why do you have to pay a setup fee every time you order the same items . & now a tariff fee, i thought they were made in USA

You put the wrong date on my daughter's…

You put the wrong date on my daughter's bat mitzvah water bottles, initially said you would correct the error, then refused to correct the error, alleged that I was not telling the truth when I said that I'd found and corrected the error prior to submission, and when I tried to escalate it, after the second time, no one returned my call. The only remedy your team gave me was to purchase more water bottles that could possibly also be sent with the wrong date.Given I was dealing with your Tunisian team and the pre-cease fire tense times we were all living in, I cannot rule out that antisemitism was part of the reason for the lack of satisfactory resolution and the assumption that I could just fork over another $200 because, aren't all Jews rich??? (this is meant to be sarcastic!!!). I was offered a 10% discount for your mistake and no one contacted me to resolve the issue. I was not given the name of the senior supervisor who was supposed to be calling me so that I could address the issue with someone higher than Ranim, Oumayma and their direct supervisor. 10% discount to purchase 50 more water bottles that may or may not be printed correctly (although the supervisor personally guaranteed me they would be). I have no faith in your company. I am concerned that this could have been an issue of antisemitism. This is all too bad. I would've loved to share PENS as an option for other kids at my daughter's school who are having bnai mitzvot this year and sent more funds your way. But frankly, I have no trust that they would not be scammed by your company or that other families might fall victim to the biases of your team.
