I've been with your company for about 12 years and have always thought highly of your product and services. However, your online instructions suck big time. I was working with one of your techs, changed my email address and PW. Used it to log in. Then, next time I tried it didn't work. Instead I had to use my old email and the newly created PW. Then, I wanted to combine two subscriptions into one since I didn't need two. Instead of being helpful I lost protection on two of the three computers I'm paying you for. Then, your Tech Support went incognito and could not be reached. I will be requesting a refund on my new purchased account and will be going with another AV provider.

I've been using ESET for a long time

I've been using ESET for a long time, and I've never had a virus or other malware problem that I know of. The only complaint I have is that it's a little inclined to cause problems (crashes) when there are updates. I would give 4.5 stars if I could; sorry I can't give ESET a full five.

GOOD BUT...

Presently, I have Premium for my laptop. I did try Ultimate but returned to Premium as I could not download it onto my android phone as every time I tried to download it I was asked to subscribe… Tech companies need to understand that even if customers are tech friendly, downloads need to be easy to download, so easy to see, easy to find, and effective in protecting ones computer/device. I am temporarily low vision and grateful that soon my vision will be restored, but there are over 80 million people in the US alone with low vision, so think how many worldwide… Because a product is user friendly to tech individuals does not mean it is obvious to others. If one cannot see, if the links do not stand out with good contrast and colours it takes too long and customers move on to another company.
