The coat quality is outstanding,The way the coat fits as well as the color is10/10.. The shipping in my opinion too way too long and was my only issue.The price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing from them again soon
Customer service was not even close compared to other retailers. Not able to exchange my order within less than a couple hours of purchase. Not able to call/chat with an agent. Ended up returning the item in the hopes to get a quick exchange. Few weeks later after I immediately returned the item. Nothing!
