I am deeply disappointed with Square due to an unfair suspension of my account. This issue arose after I followed specific instructions provided by their customer service team regarding invoice processing. Despite adhering to their guidance, my account was unexpectedly deactivated, causing significant disruption and financial impact on my business. Efforts to resolve this issue through Square’s support channels have been fruitless, leaving me with unresolved grievances and a lack of trust in their services. This review is to caution other users about my experience and to highlight the need for consistent and reliable customer support in financial services, which Square failed to provide in my case.
Had to return for an exchange for sizing. Got an email about a return and credit. Emailed to ask if I was still getting an exchange and didn’t hear back. Don’t know what is going on now. Tired of paying so much to ship all over. Paid to get here, get it back and now may have to pay to get it back again. Just too much trouble and wasteful spending. Won’t do that again after this is done.
Awesome company to do business with and I have been doing business with square for over 10 years and they are always on point for all aspects of our relationship through all situations! Highly recommend square for card merchant services!
