Sent an incorrect product. Customer service still hasn’t responded. First bad experience, but it was pretty major. I purchased some shoes and they sent the wrong size— by three sizes. Maybe ensure that the correct product is being sent next time, especially if I am paying for delivery? Also, I am not paying to ship it back.
