Square has become absolutely horrible. Constantly freezing your money and accounts, no transparency with their working capital, and their "bank accounts" and reports aren't accepted elsewhere. They monopolize your business credit and your money, and in the rare instance where you can get a live person to help, they are never a high enough level to actually assist you. You will be told to expect a response from someone more capable within 1-2 days, but that also never happens. If you want to go to a competing service, you can't export your loyalty/rewards data, nor your product pictures. You can get a spreadsheet with your items and customers, but none of the rest of the data. They strongarm you into compliance, and make it so you have no choice. They absolutely trap you. In the last 12-18 months, Square hasn't just gone downhill, they've taken a dramatic nosedive. You would be better off burning your money in a fire, because at least then you could benefit from the warmth.
The customer service is awful, clothes, fabric, style are amazing, BUT customer service sucks! I made an order a April 1, i received on April 5th, some of the products are too big, so I wanna exchange them for a down size. No customer service over the phone, the only way is by email and It takes 14 days to respond, the worst, the return policy is 30 days. How can you return/exchange between 30 days, if nobody return an email, neither customer service number. Can someone explain me why this company does not have a customer service over the phone to process exchanges / returns asap?
