Our trip to Dubai was a flawless magical trip from start to finish! We booked our holiday online which Emirates Vacations was easy to use and the prices were much better than other companies I had looked into! We felt the Hotel Anantara Palm Dubai was the best choice for our needs and it completely surpassed them! Beautiful Resort!!! We were greeted at Dubai airport for private transfer to hotel that was so organized and friendly! Dubai is the most incredible City had been on our bucket list and we are so glad we did this trip and chose Emirates Vacations!

I was pleasantly impressed with the service provided by Emirates vacation. The team had worked with me to select a perfect vacation to Thailand. Somehow I didn’t realize I needed to pay off my vacation on a certain date. Thankfully, out of courtesy a team member called me to remind me of the payment date. Additionally, I loved that the flight and accommodations were included at a reasonable price. Due to the long flight, I did pay to upgrade my seats, which was pleasant enough for economy class. I definitely recommend Emirates vacation 100%.
I had a wonderful experience with the Emirates vacation package. The customer service was excellent, and I received amazing deals. I've been recommending it to family and friends. 😊 However, when I visited the resort's customer service office, the person in charge was not helpful and didn't seem to know anything about the activities bookings, as they had explained in their email. Despite this, it was still a great experience, and I was able to book my activities on my own.

I would like to share that last Friday I came back from 1 week in Maldives a vacation organized by Emirates Vacations. It was in Villa Park Sun Valley, a beautiful natural “paradise”. The reason I am writing this note is because I am very impressed by the costumer service from Emirates, I am disabled and they worked with me to find the right place to accommodate my needs. Great package for Kuredu Resort in Maldives. Excellent customer service from the time of booking. Very clear information on what is included and NOT included in the package. Airfare reservations were done accurately. The welcome packet for the guest/passenger instructions and guidelines were very clear and helpful in setting expectations. It guided you step-by-step on what to do before, during, and after arrival at the Airport and to your final destination. There were NO HIDDEN fees or agendas. The package I paid for was exactly what I got. Amazing experience throughout our vacation. Thank you!
I am glad I used Emirates Vacation. It was great and provided great options on hotels. The whole experience was great, and the round-trip flight from Chicago to Dubai was the best. Customer service was friendly and responded quickly to my emails. I had everything I needed before I left, and everyone I came in contact with was very nice. I especially liked the meet and greet at the airport, and I am glad I added airport transfers. I would use them again for my next trip.
