I've done two meaningful trips using Emirates Vacations and my experiences have been great. My recent trip in August to Bali required several calls and emails to finalize my itinerary and I was very pleased with each aspect. I'll certainly use Emirates Vacations for future trips.
Tabish and the Emirates Vacations team provided exceptional customer service for our family vacation in Dubai. We had a complex itinerary with family members traveling from US and India. In addition, we had a 3-day side trip to Maldives. Tabish was extremely meticulous in planning all the flights, hotels, transfers, Meet & Greet and Home Check In services. Needless to say, the family enjoyed one of the most luxurious vacations and happy memories for lifetime!
This was one of the best airlines I’ve traveled with. We had a few long flights on Emirates and they go out of their way to make sure you’re entertained, comfortable, and taken care of. The staff is very courteous and professional, the entertainment on the flight really helped to pass the time. I would certainly be happy to travel with Emirates again.

The service and hospitality extended by Emirates vacations exceeded our expectations. In comparison to Air Canada Vacations and Westjet vacations, Emirates vacations is the gold standard. What an amazing experience! I booked my trip to Dubai for me and my daughters ( two special birthdays). The lady who assisted me over the phone with the flight and the hotel as well as transfer was very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. Flight was amazing. Premium Economy definitely worth but might fly Business Class next time. Greeting at the airport was delightful with directions and info provided the minute we got off the plane. Assistance was there throughout the airport, although not needed. Car and Driver were ready to go and check in was flawless with the Ocean Deluxe room as booked. Amenities due to low season were definitely appreciated and Jumeirah Group leaves nothing to be desired for. Jumeirah Mina A'Salam is a jewel of a hotel with wonderful staff.Return transfer was confirmed two days prior with driver right on time.We are already looking at our next trip with you..
Booking was easy loved the customer service the agents were very helpful and knowledgeable. 1.Flight from boston to Dubai was a direct flight 12hrs the crew were not that pleasant to some passengers we sat in an exit isle so we had a view of the crew members on how they were treating some passengers on our flight back home the flight crew were more compassionate towards passengers they get a thumbs up. 2. You are never hungry the feed you a lot which me being a diabetic is very important. 3. We were treated so well when we met our meet and greet person they were very pleasant. 4. Jw marriott marquis is an amazing hotel let me tell you this hotel treat me like a queen the rooms are beautiful the front desk attendants princy and Nicole new I was on holiday for my birthday they gave a room with a view. 5. The staff at jw Marriott marquis are incredible polite,respectful,just all around awesome. 6. On my birthday the front desk attendants Nicole and princy sent me a cake and chocolate covered dates and a beautiful hand written card that melt my heart on how attentive this hotel attendants are if I could give a 100 star’s review to jw Marriott marquis hotel I would. 7. The food in kitchen 6 AMAZING they have everything you could think of the servers were so polite. Needless to say I had a wonderful time I would absolutely 100% will be booking my future holidays with emirates. The only thing I would change is I would book business class for the long haul flights economy seats are not comfortable for a 12 and 14 hr flight but other than that my experience was amazing from the camel rides to the museum of the future. From the start of the booking to the accommodations requested, Emirates Vacations was able to provide me with all my requests. From help with changing the passengers going on the trip I thought would be a hassle but they were courteous and very helpful and accommodating with no issues. I would recommend using Emirates Vacations for future bookings!!!
