My recent trip to Dubai was amazing. The Emirates Vacation package was economical and super convenient. The attention to detail was exceptional right from my transfers to and from the airport. On my transfer to the airport I really loved that the driver enquired if I had all my necessary travel documents prior to commencing the drive. Cheers!!
Thanks to our agent Bessam, we had the most amazing vacation! Every conversation we had with him seemed as if we were speaking with a good friend. He was able to find exactly what our family needed: luxurious vacation at a great value. We never thought we would be able to afford a trip to Dubai, but thanks to Emirates Vacations and Bessam, we did. It was AWESOME!!!

Our second experience with Emirates Vacations was great. The first was last year when our vacation was canceled in March due to Covid. Being that this was a graduation gift for our son we had to reschedule. It was a hassle getting our money back but, we finally did after a couple of months. I then rescheduled in august for this May. They were very helpful with changing my flight once my original direct flight was canceled. I called because I was put on a connecting flight and they changed it immediately with no extra charge since my flight was canceled.
Excellent customer service from the start and great prices. All the process was very smooth and clear. Had a last minute flight schedule change and the agency was able to reschedule my flights so I can be home on the date I was supposed to. They even contacted me several times to the island where I was staying. The only thing I wish they had is a chat option (either online chat or whatsapp number) . Sometimes internet signal, specially on remote places, is only good for texting but not calling. Next vacation for sure will check on Emirates Vacations before checking any other website or agency.
Booked our trip to Dubai with Emirates Vacation for the first time and could not be happier. Customer Service was excellent. The representative met us at the airport and guided to the meeting point where beautiful SUV Limos were waiting for us. Very happy with the service and smooth communication throughput the whole booking process.
