Wonderful experience with emirates vacations. I had an amazing trip to Bali and Dubai experience staff thanks toMr Nabil and osama helped to finalize package good resort in Bali (pita Maha) and Pullman jumeira lake towers in Dubai as we have flown with emirates number of times over the years never have problems this time I was able to use Dubai connect for a layover to freshen up great service also good experience flying with A380-800
The accommodations provided for the trip were excellent. The booking and payment process was easy. Everything went as planned in the description. The hotel and staff were top-notch. I highly recommend staying at the Raffles Dubai Hotel. It is directly located next to a mall with a grocery store, and two blocks from the Metro (transit) station.
Emirates Vacations made our experience in booking our Dubai trip so easy by helping us with flight and hotel arrangements. The two hotels booked [JW Marriott Marquis & Grand Hyatt) were very good choices for us. The premium economy seating on Emirates Airlines was the best! Our overall experience was very satisfactory and we will definitely use this service in the future and highly recommend it .... ElaineH
They did what they promised to do and more. if you want first class treatment please use Emirates vacation. I would use them over and over again. They were responsive at every turn to answer any questions we had. Very professional and courteous. We had the best treatment....highly recommend.
My flight on Emirates was great, however my hotel accomodations were not what I expected booking an Emirates vacation package...I expected Emirates to partner with a hotel that meets their level of service.. The Grand excelsior was a dump... the curtains were dirty and had a hole in them, the shower had mold, coffee stains on the wall and carpet the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks there was visible dust on the nightstand and it smelled like mildew. I advised the front desk of my concerns for them to tell me that they can switch me to another room, if another room was available why put me in that room to begin withAfter flying for 13 hours and not being able to check in until after 3pm getting the worst hotel room imaginable I checked out and went to another hotelEmirates is now telling me there's nothing they can do to rectify this issue.Unacceptable Emirates and I'm telling everyone I know that your company values money over the vacation package experience you claim to offer 04/15/2024 update..I went on the website to submit the form as instructed and I got an error message stating "An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information." Not sure what any of this means, please email me as Emirates has my contact information already.
Our 9-days trip to United Arab Emirates booked through Emirates Vacations was excellent. We booked hotel and round-trip tickets in economy class. Additional bonus was free transfer to and from airport that company has provided. Flight from NY to Dubai was excellent. Food was delicious, we had great entertainment options during both flights, service on the flight to Dubai was superb and efficient. On our flight back service was a lit bit slower. Hotel Taj where we stayed was superb. 5- stars. Breakfast included, delicious and hearty. Hotel has 4 restaurants on premises, service is excellent. Staff always tried to help. Hotel pool is fine. We highly recommend Emirates Vacations as the way to book your holiday in UAE.
I have traveled to a lot of countries in Europe, Africa and the Caribbeans and of course many cities in USA where I reside. However this vacation was the best for my wife and I. The 13hr flight from DC was smooth, spent less than 15mins at immigration and our pick driver was there already. RIU hotel was fantastic, staff were very nice and friendly. Our trip to Abu Duibi , Safari and City tour were great. We are definitely coming back again next year.
I chose Emirates airline for their extreme high reputation. Taking care of customers I have a unique medical condition that needs special attention. I flew business class for comfort I was told to check in directly on site at JFK because of my medical condition I was met with a very friendly agent who read my doctors notes and requested his supervisor Abdul at the counter.. Abdul was so gracious and kind. He took care of all my needs, he contacted the aircraft crew and let their crew chief Nadine know about my conditionThey called me to board early and they took care all my needs the whole flight.The same thing happened on my return flight from Milan to JFK. The supervisor at the ticket counter was so gracious and professional. She escorted me from the Emirates lounge directly to my seat and notified the crew and the crew chief of my condition .Antonio Rankov and the chief attendant Ricardo Santos were exceptional, professional, and kind I thank all the people involved.This was my retirement vacation for both of myself and my wife. Rest assured if we were to fly again it will be on Emirates for sure.Emirates airline is simply exceptional!
