I clicked on a google ad that claimed to offer access to Claude AI for a $1 trial. After paying, I was redirected to Use.ai, which does not provide Claude access as advertised. Instead, it loads a different AI model and presents a long list of AI brands (Claude, GPT‑5, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) that it claims to offer, many of which are clearly misleading or not actually available. Also it times out your tokens so you dont actually get answers..insane
I haven’t used this AI for very long, but even with the little I’ve tried, it’s already impressed me. I only typed something simple, and it understood exactly what I meant without me having to explain anything. Everything feels smooth, quick, and easy to use, and it picks up on context better than I expected. If this is how it works right from the start, I’m looking forward to using it more. Five stars from me.
I love how you can pick the AI you need. It's nice to have the options. I really enjoyed using this and I would recommend it to anyone who needs help with an array of items!
Absolutely do not use. First, they are an interface that permits you to use multiple AI engines, but just that. Why would you want to pay them? go direct. Second, they are misleading - do not tell you what the entry limit is for the so called monthly subscription (5?) which is outrageous. Third - good luck getting customer service. There's only email (I had to google it), no chat, no phone number, no account to get into - and no ability to go anywhere because their interface will tell you that you're boxed out for 24 hours or until you upgrade. Use.ai is a mistake. avoid.
As an update - in my email exchange with the company where I repeatedly explain my modeling needs and inquire about the upgrade pricing and what it permits, I received 8 responses all of which say the same thing (so a bot - not human): "Hi there,

Currently, our available plans offer varying usage limits designed to fit a range of needs, and I can help you find the best fit for your project requirements. If you can share a bit more about your expected usage, I can provide more tailored information or guide you on how to upgrade your plan effectively.

These five star reviews are likely written by AI, and most are talking about ChatGPT or just AI in general, not this actual Use.ai service, which is in fact middleman trash using dark practices to pose as other businesses, selling a mediocre limited version of other products, tainting the industry as a whole and certainly the services they co-opt. They effectively pose as Open.ai and Anthropic, and use dark SEO and url tricks to appear associated with these companies. Spammy and scammy.
This will be their reply:

They are terrible. I paid like 30e for their service and i cant even use it endlessly... i wrote like 10 texts, after it says "Your daily usage limit is reached - will reset at Mar 01, 2026 11:21. Wait for the reset or try another model"

UseAI is a subscription scam. Drawn in by a cheap trial you are immediately charged £29.99 and every month thereafter. It is impossible to cancel and response from the scammer is automated rubbish. Currently trying to cancel an automatic payment via Paypal where even though it was cancelled the money still left my account. Avoid useAI like the plague. Note that a lot of the 5* reviews are for Chatgpt not UseAI.
I just signed up, and I can’t believe how incredible it is! I already use all of these tools, so having them all integrated in one platform is fantastic. Furthermore, opting for the pro versions or any options beyond the free versions proves to be much more cost-effective in the long term. very happy it was introduced to me, plus you get 7days to try it out so its a win win.
I was searching for Claude.ai, the well known AI tool from Anthropic I heard a lot of good things about. Because this Use AI tool presents itself as Claude ai and because they pay for advertising, they appear at the top of a Google search when searching for Claude.ai so I made a mistake by paying for the wrong AI tool. I immediately send an email but a refund was not possible.
On top of that I used Use AI for one day but it made so many mistakes. I would not recommend it at all!!
