The service is very deceiving!
They offer you a trail for $1.00 not telling you on the trail itself that it refreshes at $29.99 after the 7 days.
Plus its very difficult because they hide ways to cancel the subscription making it very difficult for an unexperienced person to cancel their service. Plus they claim to have 24/7 365 support but there is no chat or phone numbers to call and then say that it will take a few hours to get back to you by email.
That's not 24/7/365 support! False advertising.

I canceled my subscription but they still charged my card. I had to open a dispute to get my money back.
Be careful and monitor your payments.
Once you signup they hide an auto-renew charge and when asking for a refund they will repeat the same email to you, without reading your email, saying " I understand this is frustrating and I appreciate your persistence. I have confirmed your subscription cancellation is complete, so no further charges will occur. However, we still cannot locate a matching subscription in our system to authorize a refund" they will keep doing this no matter what information you give, how can they not see my account even though they can see the subscription has been cancelled? I have given them every email I have, every card detail and my full name but still nothing. Absolute scam DO NOT USE!
Update: They have responded to this review however, once I emailed the email below they have went radio silent with no refund. They say they’ll refund you on these reviews to seem like they’re not a scam. They are. Still claiming they don’t see my account.
I am very new to this but appreciate how there are so many tutorials on YouTube that guided me. I learned how to train Grok, and also write effective prompts so that the responses are more helpful. This is making my work so much faster and more meaningful because it brings to suggestion ideas I would never have thought of. Love AI!
SCAM ALERT! They offer a 'free trial' but charge the full subscription price ($40+) without any prior notification or warning emails. Their support is unresponsive. This is a predatory practice that violates consumer rights. Stay away if you don't want your credit card drained!

If a person doesn't know how or just stuck on stupid, by not using AI, will b lost in the shuffle. You will know them, because when the sh**t ever hits the fan, they will b the ones standing wondering what the hell is going on.....but it will be too late.
I had a terrible experience with Use.AI and want to warn others. I was charged for a subscription, provided them with all the details they asked for — including payment screenshots — yet they claim they can’t locate my transaction and refuse to resolve the issue or refund me.
Customer support keeps asking for more information instead of taking responsibility or actually investigating properly. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious before giving them your payment details. I hope they improve their support and transparency, because right now this feels completely unacceptable.
I give a star because I can't give negative points... Bought a 7 days subscription and after a few questions the second day I got a warning telling me that trial had finished and I needed to buy 30 days subscription to keep using it. And the worst is that don't know how, but they stablished a subscription of my Paypal account and charged 29,99 €!!!! without any notice and without possibility to get it back. So please, avoid this scam at all costs, and if anyone could advice how to get my money back, I would be very grateful for the help.
