Review Time
I was searching for Claude.ai, the well known AI tool from Anthropic I heard a lot of good things about. Because this Use AI tool presents itself as Claude ai and because they pay for advertising, they appear at the top of a Google search when searching for Claude.ai so I made a mistake by paying for the wrong AI tool. I immediately send an email but a refund was not possible.
On top of that I used Use AI for one day but it made so many mistakes. I would not recommend it at all!!
First try on ChatGPT , uploaded and enhanced 2 family phots from the 50's/60's . Did a bang up job. Love the way the photos turned, ready to print to matte paper ,using settings for my printer.

I cannot find any activation link, I cannot find anything even close to use.ai in my mailbox but I was charged 29.99 for premium account! I cannot log in to my account to see when I created an account, I cannot see my payment details on account and when I read comments other people on the Internet I cannot be sure if I canceled my subscription...
I thought this was a legitimate servcie that I could test. They charged a small fee for a week's use and then said it would be $30/mo (Surprised that it was going to be $360/yr!) but even though that sounded expensive I tried it. Before I could cancel on the seventh day they immediatley charged me $30 and when I said I didn't want it the reply was - too bad, you read the agreement and missed by a few hours so ...take that!!! Paypal was useless in helping to resolve it. I didn't find the use.ai servcie useful at all and would steer away from it since I feel like they are just kind of a shyster for money. Stick with the proven ai sources and I think you'll get more for your money.

Scamming
Scamming. Cancelled my subscription then all of a sudden a few hours later I received a reactivation email and a second charge of $41aud
Contacted them and they’re claiming they can’t see any subscriptions under my details
also Use AI stop getting our reviews deleted.
its a scam website called use.ai, I paid 30$ and allowed only 3 mesages to write, then limit exid, when I purchased subscription there was no description about any limits. Its a total scam website and I want return my money as soon as posible.
Stay away from Use.ai. My trial converted to a paid plan on 6th Feb, the money was taken from my bank, but I’m still being told my trial is expired. Support has been useless for two days, claiming they "can’t find my account" despite me sending proof of payment. Now they are asking for my card number digits via email. This feels very unprofessional and unsafe. Total waste of money.
@TRUSTPILOT You are enabling a large scale online scam by allowing the hundreds of AI generated positive reviews for this company to remain visible and unchecked.
Look at the negative reviews. Look at the copy and paste responses from Use.ai asking victims to contact them as their refund has already been approved. That message is the last any of us will hear from use.ai.
TRUSTPILOT needs to remove this company's positive reviews if they cannot be verified or else be subject to a class action law suit as an enabler to this crime.

My bank is in the process of reversing the money you stole from me. And I'm having a financial ombudsman friend based in London to have a look at your accounts and visit your office to kick your heads in.
@trustpilot. Stop being part of this scam and remove all positive reviews of this company. Look at the negative reviews for proof of what this company is about.

I cancelled my subscription during the trial and was still charged £30. This is unfair practice, and it's scary to see there's no customer support despite them claiming 24/7/365 support on their website. Their own bot doesn't know who they are because they use third party software. I will take all necessary action to get my money refunded. If it is refunded I will change my review. If not, I will keep going until I get refunded.
