Highly effective for various surfaces

Possible defect in the device

I'm unsure if mine is defective. The brush doesn't adequately wet the floor, requiring me to spray cleaning solution to assist in removing dirt. Additionally, the battery life is short, lasting about 20 minutes, and it takes 6 hours to fully recharge.
