It was one of our best vacations ever and we are already saying we need to go back. This vacation was impeccably planned, perfectly executed, and jam-packed full of fun and beauty. With some input from me, Nico planned a wonderful itinerary and sent to me in plenty of time to add and tweak things. The itinerary was so thoughtfully detailed, including what we should bring for each outing. Being met at the airport and escorted through customs was really nice and all of our drivers were friendly and so punctual. The accommodations were outstanding (Arenal Springs Resort and Los Altos Beach Resort). All of the outings were fun and great for my family with three kids (ages 6-12). They totally took any stress for planning the trip completely away!

We had a great trip. It was well planned. Our one hiccup occurred when our driver failed to show up. Waited thirty monutes and called the company/ Ten minutes later they determined he had an accident and they dispatched another driver to pick us up and waived the fees for the trip. We would do this again.
