Alice Palma did a great job booking us at Casa Luna. It was beautiful. We booked a sloth tour with the hotel and it was amazing! Saw 8 of them!!! Also saw a tucan and many other amazing birds and rain forest plants and flowers.
Our agent Jordan did an amazing job at tailoring our itinerary to our need. She is very knowledgeable and was able to offer options that made sense for us. We also had continuous support during our trip and were able to add a tour within a short notice thanks to Costa Rican vacations’ responsivness. I would definitely book with Jordan again.

I had a fantastic experience working with Costa Rica Vacations to plan my 40th birthday trip. My travel consultant, Jordan Gill, was great to work with from start to finish. She helped plan an incredible trip to the La Fortuna and Manuel Antonio areas of Costa Rica for a group of 10 people, which can’t be easy to coordinate, but everything went very smoothly.The accommodations and transportation arranged by the agency were wonderful, and the entire itinerary felt well thought out and organized. One thing we really appreciated was that the company was available 24/7 during our trip if we needed anything, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.The excursions they coordinated were perfect for our group. We went zip lining, did a beautiful waterfall hike, visited Manuel Antonio National Park, and took a great boat trip. They also suggested a private chef for one evening, which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip—absolutely outstanding. Every company they booked us with for excursions was professional and provided a great experience.For a trip of this size, the value for the cost felt very reasonable. I had a wonderful time in Costa Rica. The accommodations were amazing. Alice met me at the airport before customs, helped with my luggage and waited with me outside the airport until the hotel shuttle arrived. I was able to see so much of Costa Rica (Monteverde, Manuel Antonio and Corcovado/ Cano Island) with plenty of time to view wildlife/ marine life and explore the culture of this beautiful country. Alice was very helpful in suggesting where to spend two weeks as our first time in Costa Rica. We started in the cloud forest of Monteverde, went to the rainforest at La Fortuna and ended on the beach at Guanacaste.We enjoyed the excursions booked as the guides were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable.
