We usually plan all of our own vacations, but there’s no way we could have come close to creating a trip as incredible as this one without Eric Beedle. He took the time to truly listen to every request and concern, and seamlessly connected us with Namu Travel Group, whose customer service was exceptional from start to finish.
Their team was attentive, organized, and made the entire experience feel effortless—I never once had to deal with the typical travel hiccups. Every hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations, with staff who consistently delivered such a high standard of service that I genuinely wasn’t ready to leave Costa Rica.
Each activity was well-coordinated, and every driver we encountered was professional, punctual, and pleasant. It all came together to create a smooth, memorable, and truly special experience.
We’re already looking forward to exploring more of beautiful Costa Rica in the future—and we’ll absolutely be booking with Costa Rica Vacations again.
Our group of six just returned from an amazing vacation in lovely Costa Rica. La Fortuna, Monteverdi, Manuel Antonio were each unique and offered lovely natural wonders and friendly people. Our travel consultant, Megan Hagarty, was the best. She suggested a variety of activities and restaurants, gave us a ton of tips on dos and donts - all extremely helpful. The boutique resorts were over the top and we felt totally immersed in the culture because of our lodging. Megan answered my 100 questions over our ten months of planning and was SO pleasant to work with. Bravo to her! A trip of a lifetime!!
Overall, it was a pleasure working with Jennifer and her company. She executed every detail to our specifics and went above and beyond to customize it to our liking. Transportation was amazing and even with long commutes they made it easy by providing us with plenty of bathroom breaks and food breaks and picture stops along the way. All our drivers were amazing and super friendly and filled with plenty of knowledge about Costa Rica. We had a small issue at check in with one of the hotels which I believe may have been more fault of the hotel than anything else but it did eat at some of our time after a long drive to our destination. Overall, I would go back and definitely use this same company and rate it highly as everything was executed well.

I found this group online and decided to give it a go after reading the reviews, and I am so glad we did!Literally everything was planned and booked to a T - all tour guides and driver's spoke English, were friendly, made us feel safe, and were timely. The accommodations were perfect, the planner made dining suggestions, the activities were spot on. We would definitely use this group again and HIGHLY recommend them. Fabulous vacation!
This is our first travel outside Canda with my boyfriend and we had an amazing experience. Perfect for our first anniversary celebration. Jack Graycar was absolutely a big help offering us a lot of options to choose and our stay at Wyndham Tamarindo Hotel, Guanacaste, Costa Rica was a perfect choice. The hotel was really nice, the view of the beach from our balcony was picturesque. We were able to tour the town having the free shuttle of the hotel every hour and the walk to the beaches, talk to the locals, and ate at nice local restaurants and bars. The sunset every day for 5days was so beautiful and romantic. The transfers from airport and to the hotel was on time and the driver was friendly and gives us a lot of information too about Tamarindo and Costa Rica. They knew a bit of English which is good. Thank you to our travel agent Gregory for organizing such a wonderful itinerary for our trip. Everything was thoughtfully planned, and we truly had a fabulous experience. We were pleased with everything: the scenery , the people, the tours, the accommodations, the food and we lucked out with great weather as well!
