Poor quality and frustrating service

Suspected scam

I inquired about my order's delivery and received three different non-functional tracking numbers. When I expressed my desire to return the items, they requested a photo of what they sent. After multiple emails, they still haven't provided return instructions, despite stating their return policy allows returns for any dissatisfaction. I contacted my bank to stop the payment and have not received a resolution from the company. This seems like a scam.
