What a terrible terrible company and agree with others they use AI Emma to answer. I returned a poor quality and not identical item as was ordered backed to company the returns being in Hong Kong the returns office looks unused when I investigated the returns address. After returning tracked item no one these so item is at the Hong Kong GPO waiting collection now after 58 emails I still waiting refund as AI response with excuse after excuse DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it should be closed down not allowed to advertise in UK
Do not buy anything from this company do not trust them. They do not honor their return policy and they steal your money. I’ve sent them a request five times for a return label on the completely ignore me and their phone number doesn’t even work. Their suits are garbage don’t buy from this company.

The company claims to be from the Netherlands but in reality the orders arrive right from China. I ordered quite an expensive dress and received something that doesn't even resemble the item promoted on their site...

Do not buy anything from this website, it is absolute spam. They say that the store is located in the Netherlands, but in fact it is located in China. They delivered the order after 3 weeks, the product quality was terrible, and to make a return, you need to write to them by email, to which they do not respond. And the company's phone numbers do not work at all.

Avoid company at all costs. Purchased a coat for a completely different coat to arrive what was advertised. Something off of Temu, cheap & embarrassing to send out specially having paid almost £100. Shameful to be scamming customers. This company needs to be shut down, if you can call it that!
