Cheap knock off ordered by mistake

Cheap knock off ordered by mistake. Stopped replying to my e mails, returned item to registered address, not accepted. Still awaiting refund or any contact from EMMA at customer relations.Bunch of crooks.

It's a scam

To add to other reviews, this operation is a scam. Looks like a Dutch company, but the item arrived from China. It didn't fit very well at all, but there seems to be no way of returning it. I cannot get a reply from their email after an initial one asking for photographs. AVOID.
