After seeing their vehicle proudly presented on Autotrader, Ethan was polite and welcoming on the phone to arrange a time for a viewing. I felt that their refundable deposit offer to hold the car for a week was a great option if you can't view the car immediately.On first meeting, we were given ample time and space to look at the car, under no pressure. We were offered drinks and were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. They clearly knew the car and could answer every question we had about its history (Ethan also backed this up by producing the log book). With the car being less than 6 months away from an MOT, we were told that they would put it through and sort any major issues. Sold!On collecting the car later that week, everything was, again, well organised which made the sale swift, relaxed and painless. We left feeling secure in the knowledge that we have a really good purchase.If you're looking for a budget, reliable runaround, I can't recommend Value vehicles enough.
