What a fabulous experience!We were welcomed with smiles and all staff made my daughter and I feel at home. Having never had a professional photo shoot it was great fun. The make-up and hair was all done beautifully and the pace was not rushed between arrival, hair and make-up, photo shoot and reviewing images.The photographer was professional and guided us through various poses but also allowed us to choose how we wanted pictures as well.We took four outfits and had privacy to change between each shoot.Highly recommend Vanity Studios. Thank you for a very special day.
Me and my family had a great experience. There was great customer service offered drinks and snacks as we came in. Even though we were late to the appointment the staff was patient with my family and under little time was able to do me and my daughter hair and makeup beautifully. Also had a great photographer who was patient and kind with my family and took some beautiful photos. Also the manger on the day was very kind to us and was able to help us even though we were late and helped us to get our photographs done. I would like to say a massive thank you to the team and staff on that day.Thank you Charity.
I had my photoshoot today and I really loved the reception from the staff. The hair and makeup team were friendly and lovely towards us and made feel at ease while preparing me for the shoot. The photographer was also very patience and friendly and for the first time I was shy in front of the camera. On selection of the pictures the advisor was straightforward and sincere in her opinion. Bernardo was absolutely amazing! Made me feel comfortable in my own skin in front of the camera. The make-up artist did a great job transforming my look. The whole experience was absolutely incredible and so much fun!! As it was a special birthday I also got spoiled with a slice of chocolate cake, a candle to blow and make a wish, and glasses of Prosecco….THANK YOU for making my day something to remember 🌟
Amazing experience at Vanity Studios! First time ever doing something like this (boudoir shoot) and was nervous, excited - all the things! From the moment I walked in, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I got the package w/ hair and makeup - both stylists were incredible and gave me the exact look I wanted. The photographer was incredible - immediately helped me feel more comfortable, confident and beautiful! Gave me clear instructions when actually taking pics (which was super helpful!) and added ideas beyond the couple of pictures I p-interested as inspo. The resulting photos were incredible - no touch up required!!! If you are thinking about getting pro photos for any occasion - you can't go wrong here!
Although feeling very nervous and completely out of our comfort zone, we were made to feel very relaxed. The ladies who done our hair and makeup were very professional and made us feel a million dollars. The photographer was fun and took a variety of different shots from which it was hard to choose our favourites. All in all it was a lovely day and we've come away with some photos to treasure.
I was sold a £60 voucher for a family photo session at a shopping centre. The main reason I bought it was as a special outing with my 9 year old daughter close to her birthday and in the school holidays. She really enjoyed it - she loved having her hair wavy and posing in different outfits. It was a good mum and daughter bonding experience - probably even better suited to teenagers. A £100 booking deposit was taken in advance and there were reminder emails and instructions sent beforehand (e.g. bring 4 outfits). At the studio, the staff were friendly and polite, and the makeover was a relaxing experience which it isn’t always at studios. We were asked what we wanted and the style was natural. There was quite a lot of waiting in the day e.g. before/after makeover, shoot, and photo viewing. The space was fairly small and others were also waiting but it was comfortable and quiet and we were brought drinks if we wished. The photographer was positive and experienced and directed us in a detailed way. I requested some individual headshots for work at the end too which they were happy to do. Be warned, you will probably find it hard not to spend more than you planned on the photos. You don't have to buy them, but four outfits means a lot of photos (there were 75 shots), they are professional quality and expensive. A quibble is that on booking I was told photos were £50 each but they were double that unless part of one of the various multiple photo deals - so you will spend hundreds...or thousands if you wish. The choosing felt a bit rushed and pressured and I spent more than expected but the photos were lovely and nice to share with family. I appreciated that a few extra shots were thrown in free at the end because of the difficulty selecting in the short time. Overall, I would recommend it as a good studio and as an enjoyable, good quality experience.
We had a brilliant photoshoot for our 10th wedding anniversary. The welcome was not good which is the only reason it’s not a 5 star but I must say our photographer Bernardo who took plenty of time to interact with our 6 year old son and helped to organise which outfits we should combine in a fun and thoughtful way and took time to give direction and reassurance and Joanna who went through the viewing and selection process with us and made it feel special… she was incredibly helpful and informative… they were both top and made the experience fab. Not to mention some wonderful memories and special photo album. I’d recommend Vanity studios.
