Review Time
It's a shame as this was a present to my daughter. We were asked to come early which we did,but waited a long time for our make up which was done separately.My make up girl was lovely. So my daughter was left on her own,then my hair was done.Eventually my daughters make was done then her hair.so I was on my own.our make up and hair stylist were great.I think they got the pairs muddled.Basically it was unorganised. Photos rushed .then the bill. I think it's better to tell people the price before hand,as it was a ridiculous price.Then to be told we couldn't just have our free digital as mother and daughter.we had to have individual ones. I feel conned and sad really.So for me I would not recommend.
Had a lovely day for a mother daughter photoshoot.All the team were so lovely putting us both at ease, especially as I’m very camera shy, make up and hair stylists were brilliant, and so friendly.took lots of changes of clothes as advised in the information sent to us beforehand and the photographer was brilliant at putting our outfits together and putting us totally at ease in front of the camera.We had such a lovely few hours together and got some lovely photographs.Lovely memories for us to have Thanks so much to all the team today
Welcome was great at Old Street. One hair stylist on her phone all the time. Lovely photographic session. When it came to choosing the photos the sales lady spoke way too fast to cause confusion, was quite rude when we queried the prices and very rushed. This spoiled the whole day for us. I’ve had correspondence regarding the extortionate cost of 10 digital photos but they have now just stopped responding to my questions.
Great experience all round. We were made to feel welcome and valued. The whole staff were very slick and professional. Our photographer was exceptional, could not have been more inspirational and fun. All in all a super day out, and we took home some fantastic photos!
My 12 year old daughter and I had a great time at Vanity Studios, London. We were treated respectfully and attentively throughout our time there. Even though we were the last booking of the day, we still had the full experience offered to us both. We both had our hair and makeup done by the lovely ladies, who also ensured we were comfortable and negotiated our appearances respectfully by listening to our suggestions and then making their additional suggestions to perfect our overall look before we went into the studio for our photo shoot. Considering I am really nervous about having my photo taken and avoid it majority of the time, I was made to feel at ease quite quickly through humour and education into how to pose to get the best of my features to produce photos I could be very happy with. Myself and my daughter had a great time and a good laugh throughout our session, which not only helped get through the process without too many nerves but produced some amazing photos even some really funny ones too!! We had 3 clothing changes and each time the photographer was able to setup great photos for each outfit change. Whether being photographed together or separately the photographer made sure our poses where natural and flattering to our features even when we did a couple of funny pictures too!! Overall it was a great experience with memories made for both myself and my daughter which we have amazing photographs to look back on and share with people proudly, as our best features where captured every time!! It was so difficult to choose out of the 80 photos taken, the really great ones as they where all beautiful, but we managed to select some of the best ones with help from the lovely lady at the end of the session who took us through them all and we came away with a great selection of photos at the top end of our budget. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had a great time and we both truly felt like Supermodels all the way back to our hotel!! I would recommend the experience to anyone wanting to have some amazing photos completed by a dedicated team of professionals from start to finish!! I’ve never looked so good in a photo and so glad I have some photos of me and my angel daughter together that I can look back on especially when I’m having a negative body image day and say to myself yes I do look great!! Thank you for helping me to create a beautiful memory with my beautiful daughter and making us feel a million dollars at the same time!!
