We were greeted by friendly staff and immediately offered refreshments.We had our nails, make up and hair syled by professionals and then taken to the studio for the photos The photographer helped us choose outfits to complement each other and made us feel at ease as he positioned us for shots.We got to select our favourite images to purchase afterwards .This was fun and we did not feel pressurised.A very professional and positive experience with beautiful photographs to cherish.
Had a really fun time! The hair and makeup people were lovely and took a lot of time and care to turn me into the best version of myself, and the photographer was very encouraging. I was really nervous because I’d never done any sort of photoshoot before, and he was a really big part of why I felt so comfortable quite quickly. Definitely worth it
The make-up team, photographer, hair stylist and Siobhan (I think she’s in sales and she is the one welcoming staff and helping them set up for the overall experience) we’re all lovely. I’ve made several referrals before my own photoshoot. The foundation matched my skin tone which was great and .they welcome me and the person accompanying me with a glass of rose each. I am a bit disappointed at how Christian Joseph dealt with the fact that I turned at at the wrong street of the same name in London. He was quick to tell me to turn back and reschedule although this was not something I did on purpose. After begging and pleading they were able to see me however if it wasn’t for persistence I would have had to get my hair and nails done again . So turning up at a venue in tears after that whole telephone conversation with Christian, the rest of the staff gave 5star treatment throughout. I just have to highlight the telephone experience so that they speak to their customers in a much more gentler tone. I’ll continue to throw in recommendations and referrals for my friends and colleagues as the pics always come out nice. I must also emphasise on how comfortable the photographers make one feel and the poses they help you create on the photoshoot itself. Many thanks for this .
The venue was very well presented. We were instantly given hot drinks and a warm welcome upon arrival. The girls did a fantastic job with hair and make up. The head photographer had a lot of ideas and clear instructions on the plan of the photo shoot. He had great energy and knew how to create the perfect picture and pose. When selecting our photos, we were shown all pictures taken and had free choice of ones we liked, with no pressure to choose any we didn't. All the options were simply explained to us and we were delighted with the end result.
Very comfortable environment with approachable people and a photographer that made us feel settled despite this being our first time to ever get professional photos done. The photos themselves were fantastic and would recommend the experience to others
Vanity studios provided a fantastic experience – what a great day for my family to capture memories! From the moment we entered we felt as ease the hair and makeup staff were brilliant!
