Sometimes things don't act immediatelygo as you expected and everything can't be resolved on the same day like in Japan. Even in those situations, their Japanese staff were always there to support me when something happened, which was very reassuring.

The images of the room and shared spaces are deceptive. They appear clean, but that’s not the reality. The bedding was different from what was shown, and the pillows and sheets had an unpleasant odor. After washing, they improved, indicating they might not have been cleaned before. The shared kitchenware was in terrible condition. I didn't expect such poor quality, especially booking through a housing service. If the place is this bad, the price should be significantly lower. You could find better accommodations elsewhere for the same cost. Think carefully before booking.

They often relocate people into adjacent rooms without informing current residents and move new tenants into spaces with unclean bedding and floors. The property managers are often unreachable and condescending.
Once the situation became inconvenient for them, communication ceased. Messages went unanswered, or responses—when they arrived—were dismissive and unprofessional. I only managed to recover my funds months later by initiating a chargeback. For newcomers to the area, it's crucial to know your legal rights. If a deposit isn't refunded in 15 days after proper notice, you may be able to file a claim for compensation. Always review terms and conditions thoroughly before signing any agreement. If anything seems off, seek a second opinion to ensure clarity.
