A fraudulent bait and switch company. Call your credit card and dispute the charge. The table runner that I received was a cheap imitation of what is shown online. I paid extra for compostable packaging, but it was shipped in double plastic bags. I was offered a refund of only the item but not the additional $16.93 in shipping costs and I would be required to pay the international shipping to return the item to Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. My credit card company is now handling the charge.
They send you a product that is far from what is advertised. I ordered a sunflower quilt. In the picture, the colors are bright and vibrant ant it looks like something that is put together like a quilt. But, it was just a picture on material that they sewed a few lines on to create a picture. I didn’t unwrap it from its clear plastic packaging and requested a return. Through emails back and forth they would either give me 30% back for purchase price (excluding shipping) or have me send it back to China and I pay the shipping which would cost about as much as I paid for the quilt. Needless to say, I think this is a poor way to do business. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
Photo looks like a high quality hand sewn quilted bed cover. But it’s nothing more than a thin poorly printed design on the same material one gets at U-Haul to pad furniture. Don’t try to return it, they’ll say it is what it is. I’m sure they have bots galore posting those positive reviews.
Ordered the magnolia table runner. Pretty, but certainly not worth the price. It looked three dimensional in the photos. It is not. Many people asked the question and it was never answered in the comments. If it WAS three dimensional, it would be phenomenal. Overall, disappointed. Pretty thin as well. Thought it was made in USA, but I think it’s China….
Product received only after threatening to report them to the Washington DC Office of the Attorney General - Consumer Complaints. Vantique claimed it shipped and arrived, but it did not. I pressured them forever for a tracking number. They eventually gave me a bogus US PO #. The Post Office verified, it was not a valid track #. I filed a complaint and only then did I get a very syrupy response of remorse. More delaying tactics. When I wouldn't go away they finally, months later shipped me a machine-made blanket nothing like what is shown in the ads. It is not a quilt. There is no batting between layers. What I ordered was brown, what I got was grey black with a very light grey edge, rounded corners when what I ordered had sharp edges, nothing was the same except the "printed center image". with white curlicue stitching over the entire printed pattern. Oh the sku sticker was placed directly on the fabric and would barely come off and left a sticky residue behind. Not a Quilt. Not handmade. Not what was ordered. Refuses to refund. Total Scam. Update 5/14/2025. I can provide the proof for each of these claims. I have kept my email communications with Vanntique, DC Office of Consumer Complaints and images of what I ordered and what I received.
I bought the cat pillowcase as a gift for my best friend, and she absolutely loved it! She's a huge cat fan, and the cute design really made her smile. I loved it so much that I'm planning to buy another one for myself, just in a different design!
