DO NOT BUY FROM VANTIQUE. CHEAP, THIN, UGLY ONE-SIDED BLANKET WITH QUILT-LIKE SINGLE PATTERN STITCHING Is what I got. Quilt quality, design and stitching are nothing like the photos on their website. It took months, but with screenshots of Vantique website and photos of what I received my credit card company returned my money in full COMPANY SAID IF I SHIPPED THE ITEM BACK TO CHINA THEY'D REFUND ME. I REFUSED. CC COMPANY GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
The company's return policy states they will only honor refunds within 7 days of delivery. I was out of state until the end of January. I received the item 30 days after I ordered. I contacted the company ASAP to ask for a refund and was refused. Their policy states there may be a 20% difference in the product received. It clearly a 90% difference, as the product looks nothing like the pictured item on their website!!! Please review this dispute with discretion. This company is clearly misrepresenting their product and DEFRAUDING customers. We need to make these crooked companies accountable. I am also filing a dispute of business conduct with the BBB and the Federal Attorney General to have them investigated. All I wanted was my hard earned money refunded! This is a shell company for AGC Finance Team if you want to write them. It's a gmail.
Unfortunately I am one of the many who fell for the beautiful pics and descriptions. CHINA STRIKES AGAIN!! I will probably never see this item and from what I've read here, it will be cheap China shit anyway. I hope our new administration can do something about this, as right now there's no help for those of us who are losing hundreds of dollars. Remember the days when you could sue for false advertisement?
Bought a bedding set from them with gorgeous pictures. I received a ridiculously cheap dollar store item that barely resembled the pictures. Return had to go to China. Bad quality, bad return policy, borderline scam. They got my $130.
I ordered and paid for a quilt and never received it. They did not refund me, insisted that I received it. I called the post office and was told it couldn't be delivered because the address was not verified, so they sent it back. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
Product was well below quality expected. They give absolutely no flexibility in their return policy, even though I followed every single step. I even offered to pay for return shipping and/or to get a partial credit to more accurately reflect the quality of the product. Absolutely no cooperation from Vantique's customer service. Their products are cheap Chinese made, Temu quality products. I paid $100 for a product I wouldn't pay more than $15-20 for in a store. Very disappointed that they were 100% uncooperative. I worked on a reasonable resolution since December and have no other option at this time other than to give poor review.
Another customer duped. My husband ordered a Christmas quilt and it was poor quality and nothing like what is show online in the photos. They want us to pay shipping back to China to get a refund. They require that you cancel an order within 2 hours to get a refund and stop transaction and within 7 days, and we had to provide photos the the package and the shipping label. Also, our response was the next business day and it took them 10 days to respond back to us - only to tell us we had to pay for shipping to China in order to get a refund.
I never received my product of a christmas tree skirt and table runner that I ordered in December. I emailed them a month ago (January) and they said they would look into it and I have emailed them back twice since then and not heard back. I would just like a refund at this point, as I'm just really disappointed that I never even received the items, and it's really stressful to not hear back from them at all which makes me worried it was a scam.
