This is a scam

This is a scam. False advertising. While the title of the product says "Quilted" bedding and they show an actual quilt, if you read down further it says "each item is printed to the highest standards", which means you are not getting an actual quilt, but a printed image on fabric. What you receive is NOT what they show on their website. I bought one and when I tried to return it, it took months and finally they ghosted me.

0 star rating!!

I would give Vantique a 0 star rating if I could. Runner was just a screen print, no batting, background color grey instead of cream as shown on their website. Other colors were dull and different...none of the colors reflected what was on their website, the worst color edging that wasn't even supposed to be there and the sizing was off. Just awul!! I tried to resolve my complaints with them. As you probably already know....too bad so sad. Don't buy anything from them...they're nothing but a scam.

This company and at least 2 others are committing fraud

This company and at least 2 others, are running a scam. They show a picture of a beautiful outline quilted quilt but what they send you is a quilt whose design is the same design as the picture but the quilting is just pantograph quilting. A pantograph is an all-over design on a quilt, not related to the design, just the same thing over and over all over the quilt.. This can be done using a computerized long arm machine or by following a template. This type of quilting allows you to repeat a certain design or pattern over the entire quilt. Outline quilting or free motion quilting is used to highlight the pattern of a quilt as the quilting can be done around certain elements of the design, like following the outlines of figures and lines of the design side of the quilt, or its pattern. This creates a totally different quilt, usually a piece of art. The quilts displayed are outline quilted but what you get is nothing like them. Numerous companies are participating in this scam, like KD Adorn and Wise Gardeners, just to name a few. Every one that is selling these same quilts is doing the same thing. When I tried to return the 2 I ordered before I got the first one and realized what was going on, I asked for a return authorization with paid shipping because they sent me the wrong thing, one a cheap fleece piece of material with the image and the other one a quilt but with pantograph quilting. I had to report them both to my card company for fraud because I can't return the items without paying for shipping.I am gathering information about how to report these companies effectively for fraud, so if you have any information that might be helpful at least contact the BBB and maybe if they get enough similar complaints they can figure out what to do.

Vantique is a dishonest company.

Vantique is a dishonest company. What you receive is not what they advertise. I ordered the Bethlehem Starlight Quilted Table Runner. The picture advertised looks like a hand-made quilted table runner; what I received was a printed image on a cheap piece of cloth that looks nothing like what’s advertised. Vantique claims on their website that they are an “American” company and yet their products are cheap garbage from China. When I requested a refund citing false advertising, I was told I would have to return the product, at my expense, to China. The cost to ship the item to China exceeds the cost of the product; which I’m sure they’re aware of. Nowhere on the Vantique website does it state the customer is responsible, at their own expense, for returning their (falsely advertised) product to a foreign country. If Vantique is an American company, why is the customer forced to return the garbage they’re selling to China? In addition, the cute little quilt shop they have pictured on their website, according to the United States Post Office, does not exist. I found this out after paying to return their product to the address Vantique advertises on their website. The Better Business Bureau appropriately rates this company as an “F.” I have reported Vantique to the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission Fraud Division. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.04-23-2025A response to Dean Melton From Vantique,In your response you state, “Please know that we do our best to describe our products transparently, and we mention in our product descriptions that due to the handmade nature, there may be slight variations in pattern, stitching, and appearance.” The key word here is “slight.” I recognize that any handmade product is going to have slight variations; however, what you are advertising versus what you are selling goes way beyond a slight variation. In your advertisement you have a photograph of a hand-made quilted product; what you delivered was a factory made piece of garbage. You also fail to mention in your transparent advertising that the products you are selling are NOT American made. Nor do you advertise that the consumer is required to ship said product back to whatever country you purchased the item from at their expense; usually costing more than the item is worth. You have a significant number of reviews on every social media platform you advertise on with consumers all reporting the same complaints; false advertising and your refusal to provide a refund. You also state, “While we are a U.S.-based brand, we collaborate with global production partners... We’re sincerely sorry if that aspect of our fulfillment process caused any confusion.” I’m not confused at all, I think it’s very clear that what you are doing is attempting to mislead consumers by displaying on your website that you are an American Company, while selling the cheapest garbage you can find from your “global production partners.” If you truly cared about your consumers as you claim, you would refund peoples money when they’re not happy with your product; but that’s the one thing you will never do. I followed all of the instructions on your website, along with your request for additional information, and yet you still refuse to provide a refund. I even mailed the item back to the address advertised on your website in Washington, DC. Not surprisingly, the United States Postal Service returned the package stating that no such business exists. You have hundreds if not thousands of online reviews stating that no matter what customers do, your company refuses to refund anyone’s money. The other common theme is that what you advertise is not what the consumer receives. I imagine this repeated pattern of false advertising, along with refusing to refund anyone’s money, is the reason why the Better Business Bureau grades your company an “F”.

Did not receive what was pictured

Did not receive what was pictured. Product was too small, not really quilted poorly made and a total rip off. When I tried to get a refund, including pictures of the actual size shipped, and the workmanship, no answer. I sharted that info with my credit card company and received a refund

Horrible company

Horrible company. They send cheap printed fabric they show as high quality quilted items. 100s have been scammed. I tired several times to get a refund or return garbage. They provide no customer service. Don't let the fake reviews that show 5 stars fool you. I wish I could post a picture of the crap they sent me. Scammers out of Hong kong. Careful they go by many names. NO REFUNDS. They say a return is possible but you incur shipping back to Hong Kong. I was quoted 80 dollars from usps to send back the crap that already cost me 57 dollars. So basically you are stuck with a printed moving blanket. Their response below is also bs. Stay far away from anything you see advertise as a quilt.. all AI generated photos
