I added items to my cart and shortly received an email stating I had purchased them, without pressing any buttons. Upon attempting to cancel the order, I found out that cancellations are only allowed within TWO HOURS of placing an order! Fortunately, I was within the time limit, but I'm skeptical about whether this will be resolved. This setup seems dishonest, as it automatically charges for items in the cart and restricts cancellation to such a short window. Buyer beware!
Hello & Happy Holidays! My experience with this service has been fantastic! As a new customer, I was captivated by their variety of high-quality linens, from pillowcases to quilts. It's hard to choose! As a poet, I've been inspired to write about their artistic creations. If my father were alive, he would surely love their beautiful luxury linens, which resonate so well with nature!
The order was delayed and delivered by an older man in an old vehicle. The product is poorly made, very lightweight, and flimsy, with numerous extra threads to trim. I am extremely disappointed and feel that it is overpriced for such poor quality. I echo the sentiments of other negative reviews!
This has been the most disappointing experience. They engage in misleading advertising, as their products look nothing like the photos. Though priced high, the quality feels cheap, giving the false impression of being embroidered when they are not. You could easily create what they sell for under $5. When I reached out, they cited their no return policy and claimed that feedback would aid in product improvement, which feels untrue. They truly lack honesty!
I ordered two sofa covers and two chair covers, and they are absolutely beautiful. They fit as shown. One cover is on my recliner and fits perfectly. I’m so impressed that I have a round rug on order and will share my thoughts once it arrives.
I ordered a tote that was supposed to be made from quilted fabric. The look on their website seemed reliable, but what I received was a preprinted pattern on quilted material. It was not handmade or artistic! I paid almost $50, which feels excessive for something worth maybe $20. I expected a fun tote for my 93-year-old mom, but instead received a basic preprinted tote that could be found at a local store. What a disappointment!
