Everything was okay, i have ordered 10 times from here no issues. But i ordered a vape a week ago, it says delivery in progress. But when i click on the tracking link, it says its still at them. I dunno if this is because its black friday or?And also. The phone number, email and technical support doesn't answer. What?
Ordered 29.11 from LVOrder status not changed, not answering on e-mails.I called today to my bank for hope to reverse my payment.like other customers says, before all was very good and fast dekivery, this was my six order from this comapny. As I hear they got some problems with law, so thats why all is stoped.
Bought 21 times (as far as order history shows), never had an issue. Items were good and came fast. Turned out to be my go-to vape supply store. On the 24th of November, I contacted the delivery company why was my parcel being redirected back to the vendor, they confirmed the items were broken during transit. VapeSale24 hasn't responded ever since, placed another order in the hopes of receiving a refund from the previous one and continuing on a good note. 30Eur charged, second order hasn't processed since 29th. Often times the items were shipped on the same day. Order numbers - MNHMVIJTK, YMDFOZWOL.What happened?
I have ordered many times from here but it seems the costumer support has went down hill. The online chat is always offline and no one responds there. I have been waiting for my shipment confirmation for 6 days now. DONT buy from them!
