Had no issues before, but when i ordered my new vape it came cracked, had no issues so i let it slide, but now that i ordered new one, it came cracked aswell and it stoped working after a while, wanted to get it renewed for warranty but, support is not responding at all, in live chat, in sms and not even on email. 0/10 customer support
Says that delivery time is 1-4 working days, I have waited 4 days and on the first day I got email that package is on the way to me, and I think the delivery driver got lost because he has been driving for like 5 days now. I don’t even live far from Latvia, 2 hours from their company. Live chat also doesn’t respond, typed there 3 days ago and still no answer. Overall bad experience don’t recommend
