I had my reservations when placing the order due to the negative reviews and comments I encountered online. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a shot. It took around 10 days for the delivery, and I was anxious the entire time because the tracking indicated that the package hadn’t been given to the carrier. When I reached out to the support team, the representatives were somewhat dismissive, but they assured me my order was on its way. I was nearly convinced I wouldn’t receive my package. However, it arrived yesterday! The products are fantastic, and the packaging is excellent. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely order again.

Delivery times are unreasonably long (I now receive deliveries from France in just a week) – their tracking system often shows updates before anything has actually shipped. The customer service – if you can call it that – is absolutely terrible. If there’s a problem with your order (which happens frequently), don’t expect a professional response. If an item is suddenly out of stock (also a common issue), they won’t call or email you – you’ll just get a message in their internal chat (which doesn’t send notifications) stating: “You have 24 hours to choose something else.” My last order was the worst; they sent a concentrate that had expired a year ago (it had no flavor). If you're looking for excitement with the “customer service” chat, and you love taking risks – this shop is for you! For everyone else, I highly recommend staying away, no matter how much you may want a specific flavor – there are better options available.
This company is a scam. They keep claiming that they “cannot see my payment because I closed the page too quickly,” yet the money was taken from my account and the order was paid for. They simply took my money, canceled the order, and now they only tell me to place the order again.
A dependable and responsive vendor overall. While the platform had some issues a couple of years back, they’ve been reliable and responsive since then. They are not the fastest shippers, taking 2-3 days to dispatch, while others ship on the same day, but they offer the lowest prices I’ve found, with affordable shipping that becomes free for orders over a certain amount.
