The live chat is terrible – just copy-paste responses and they don’t answer my questions. Moreover, they never admit to their mistakes; it’s always the customer’s fault. They use a slow shipping service that can’t be tracked until the order is in your country. There are better places to order vapes and snus.
I had a simple question and contacted customer service THREE TIMES – not once did I get a straight answer. Instead, I received rude, robotic replies full of copy-paste excuses about order processing times, which I never even asked about. They ignored my actual question every single time.On top of that, their shipping times are misleading. They promise 3–4 business days for delivery, but take 3–4 days just to process the order before shipping. My package arrived much later than expected.Avoid this company if you want honest communication, respectful treatment, or fast delivery. There are better alternatives out there that actually care about their customers.
I am extremely disappointed with VapeSale24. I placed an order and paid in full, but I never received my items. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend VapeSale24 to anyone.

You have at least three different email addresses, but I haven't received a single reply.I can't even register on your website, yet at the beginning, you told me to check my tracking code under my user account. I couldn’t find it, and after a long wait, a colleague finally responded, sending me a screenshot from their phone, telling me to use that code for tracking.On top of that, it's not even the same courier service you initially mentioned—it’s DHL Express, not Royal Mail. I've been waiting for my package for over a month, and DHL Express only told me that they have received the shipment information but that the package hasn’t been sent to them yet.I feel scammed. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone because it's an absolute joke. This was just a test order, but I hope you spend my money on medicine. 🙂
