Quick customer service

I had a problem where Evri had lost my order but after submitting a claim with Velo they were able to quickly respond and offer me a refund or a new order.I have also had great experiences ordering with good pricing and quick delivery so would recommend to anyone who is already a nicotine user but obviously not encourage people getting addicted who are not already.
