Inferior brand for a company which is involved in global scandal after global scandal. Price manipulators, dishonest practice and the product should be made illegal due to the obvious increased cancerous inducing artificial flavourings.

Delivery by Evri never arrived, order replaced for free

Delivery by Evri never arrived. But the support team happily replaced my order. Hopefully this one arrives. Its the delivery that usually gets messed. Especially if its by Evri.

One of the best online chat supports

Had a delivery that never arrived via evri. Didn’t arrive on the day but the following day, early in the morning it said it’s been delivered. I was at work so I couldn’t see if it has been delivered, especially when the proof of delivery picture was just a black screen. I contacted evri, still haven’t heard anything back from them. So I went into the live chat with velo. This was probably one of the best online chats I have used in a long time, everything eventually got sorted and received my parcel the next day.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with an order, wasn’t the fault of Velo but the delivery service. I want to say that the customer service throughout was amazing and they got the issue resolved. Dealing with it was Era and let me say they are a credit to the company. Overall a great company.
