My first order has been stuck in a damaged good dispute between the Vevor and UPS. The package has never been delivered. Still not resolved after 3 days. Paid in full product with NO product received. Since then the package was deemed to be cancelled and a full credit has been issued. Unfortunate issue but I am relieved that Vevor did do the right thing.
I purchased three bathroom exhaust fans from Venvor Canadian website, and two of them do not work at all. Over the past week, I have submitted two detailed videos and six photos as evidence, exactly as your customer service requested.Despite this, Venvor offered only CAD $25 compensation for CAD $253 worth of defective products, and refused to process a proper return. This is not a solution—it’s an insult.I will not accept this kind of irresponsible product quality and evasive customer service. Venvor suggestion to “seek help from a local technician” is absurd, considering the products were faulty from the start.I will take every possible step to expose how unreliable Vevor’s products and service truly are—through reviews, consumer complaints, and public platforms.
