I own a convenience store and made the mistake of buying three Vevor machines: one ice cream and two slush machines (one single tank, one double tank). Within just 6–7 months, every single one started breaking down.First, the slush machine blade bent on its own, damaging the inside. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally sent a blade — that’s it. No repair help, no responsibility taken.Now the compressor makes insane noise and doesn’t even make slush anymore. And the ice cream machine leaks like a waterfall, completely unusable. For a “commercial-grade” product, this is a complete joke.Customer service? Doesn’t exist. You’re talking to bots, even when they claim they’re agents. No phone number, no technician, just delays, lies, and scripted replies. They ask for videos and photos — I sent them THREE times. They act like I never did. One day they ignore you, the next they threaten to close your ticket due to “no response.”Chat support disconnects randomly. Emails go unanswered. And worst of all, they just stop replying when they can’t solve your issue. Absolutely shameless.These machines are not built for commercial use — not even for home use if you want something that lasts. If you care about your business, your money, or your sanity, avoid Vevor at all costs. You’ll get zero help once something goes wrong — and it will go wrong.If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I’m filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Enough is enough.
Vevor 10 x 10 white gazebo top tearing in all corners and sides only after 2 months of use. Not worth the money and not reliable. Purchased date was February 24, replacement date was July 24 then I only installed it 1 May 25. Just received a reply from Vevor. Since your item is out of warranty range deal with it yourself. I have spent over a month in communication with VEVOR trying to resolve a refund issue — and it has been nothing short of infuriating. I originally purchased a defective product through Bed Bath & Beyond but the item was fulfilled by VEVOR. When I requested a refund, VEVOR agreed to refund me and it was warranted. But then claimed that because the order was placed last year, they couldn’t refund me via the original Visa payment method and instead insisted on sending it through PayPalLet’s be clear:I did not pay through PayPal. I used Visa, and according to Visa and Mastercard regulations, refunds must go back to the original method of payment — not a third-party wallet with conversion fees and account restrictions.What’s worse is that when I told them I don’t use PayPal and don’t want to sign up, they suggested I use a friend or family member’s PayPal account to receive the refund. That’s not only unprofessional — it’s an outright violation of PayPal’s own user agreement and a huge red flag from a liability standpoint.I’ve been passed around multiple agents, told contradicting things, and had to repeat myself over and over. At one point, a representative even claimed they hadn’t offered a PayPal refund — despite me having emails proving they did. I’ve also been in contact with Bed Bath & Beyond, who have been more responsive, but ultimately the refund is in VEVOR’s hands and they have continued to drag it out.This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a systemic issue with how VEVOR handles post-purchase support, and it violates consumer protection standards, especially for cross-border purchases where the buyer is in Canada and the seller operates internationally.If you care about buyer protection, refund reliability, or basic ethical business practices, I strongly recommend avoiding VEVOR entirely. The product was faulty — but their customer service was even worse.-VEVORs response only shows what I have been dealing with over the last 4 weeks. I had already contacted the platform after VEVOR refused to send refund through proper channels, and during our month long emails VEVOR had also told me that they also had contacted the platform and that the platform is refusing the refund and there for the only way to get a refund is through PayPal or a friend or family’s PayPal, they even took it a step further by requesting my personal banking information to send an international wire that would supposedly take 20-25 days to arrive(international wires take 3-7 business days).Ultimately, the platform not VEVOR issued a full refund to my Visa — proving that your claims about them not being able to process the refund were false and evasive.This response is just automated damage control, not a real solution. Future customers should be aware of how difficult you make the refund process, even when it is clearly warranted.I will be continuing with my formal complaints to proper channels, about VEVORs misconduct, misinformation, and just overall concerning business practices.
Vevor customer service seems to not understand that we have not received our order. A parcel with the tracking number arrived on the specified day but it is not what we ordered. It is someone else's order or a mix up with your item numbers. We ordered 20 G80, binder chains (2 pack). We received a piston jack? I took pictures which I attached to the email I sent regarding the missing order. I am happy to hand the piston back to the UPS driver (If you provide some type of shipping label). I have been charged for the chains but I have not received them. Customer service wants me to "contact UPS" regarding this. They say that they delivered the parcel with the correct tracking number?
