Excellent follow-up service.

Just a follow-up on my previous review: I had a minor issue with one of my shutters. I contacted customer service, and they resolved it within two days. The technician came and fixed the problem without any hassle. Truly a pleasure to work with!

The worst experience with a curtain company.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a curtain or blind company. There have been countless errors in our order, including incorrect sizes and multiple blinds for the same window in different colors. The re-make was lost in the system, and the curtains were not what we ordered. They didn't save our material after we paid a deposit and then ran out of it. Most recently, the curtain tracks don’t fit at all. They are quick to take your money but fail to deliver. No one at the company takes responsibility, and management has not responded to my requests despite promises. It’s been 4 months, and we still don’t have all our curtains or blinds, but they certainly have our money.

Avoid this company at all costs

Sales process all good but installation of large electronic blinds has been a nightmare and dealing with the incompetent team at this company is beyond frustrating. Three weeks after install the blinds are permanently down and they have never been able to provide a remote that works. Zero communication or response from "Cuctomer Service" team. Literally in the dark. Would give zero stars if I could.

Happy customers outdoor blind

We are very happy with purchase of our outdoor 4m blind. All dates for meaurement and installation were met. The blind was installed on a day when severe storms were impacting the area, but the installers were still able to complete the installation under difficult cirsumstances. The blind can be operated well and provide appropriate shade for our outdoor area. Would recommend Victory Blinds for there professionalism, promptness and workmanship.
