Delighted with my blinds, curtains & shutters. I received good recommendations for the blinds, curtains & shutters regarding design and color choice from the lady that came to quote. The installers were also very efficient and helpful and did a great job. The call centre were also very responsive and helpful. Great firm to deal with, highly recommend.
I’m happy with the quality of the blinds that have been fitted however one was fitted that was the incorrect colour. A replacement was organised immediately but I’m still waiting for fitment. I was advised 9/12 which I accepted, within an hour of change to 12/12 which is a date I’m not available, now my fitment isn’t until the 16/12. The timeframe for the replacement isn’t really acceptable and then for delays in fitment because the blind was actually located in Melbourne and not Brisbane, which maybe should’ve been checked before offering me a date for an install.
I was somewhat disappointed when I was asked to have my electrician available on the day of installation, which I did. Then a day or two beforehand I was asked to reschedule the electrician to the next day. As a result I have not had the electrics done because the electrician has been booked out. As the blind was installed before 9.30, the electrician could have come at the original time. The company knew I would be away most of November, so to alter arrangements while I was away was not good. Also, there was a difference in the Job number that Edwina sent and the one I was to apply payment to. This did not end as well as my previous experience with Victory Blinds. On a positive note, the quality of the product is very good.
Advised delivering of blinds would be 6 weeks took 11 weeks. Final payment due 3 days prior to installation, text message received on day advising due by 3pm or no installation. Could have given more notice after all was way beyond 6 weeks. On day of installation phone and was advised booked to be install. Midday got a call from person installing blinds to advise he was sick and couldn’t install that day …. Got one star as original sales person I dealt with was good.
Have had victory blinds in house since 1988 verticals Now up grading to shutters will be doing rest of house in 2026 very pleased with them .didn't take long to install longest time was the unpacking he did a great job highly recommend
