Review Time
I ordered my blinds in late July and its now November 24. No blinds! Two incorrect attempts and no phone call or any aftercare. They require full payment before install -they hold your deposit to ransom and will not install till you pay the full amount rendering me powerless.Rubbish!
I used them a couple of years before and they were great. However this time has been painful to say the least. I ordered shutters, roller blind and honeycomb blinds in May, it’s November and I only have the honeycomb blinds. The roller blind came on the wrong colour and size, came back again on the wrong colour and I’m still waiting for the right one. The shutters for whatever system error were delayed for 10-weeks. And after they reschedule the installation and then I get phone calls from the installers saying they are coming on the original day. It looks like the systems are messed up and their communication it’s terrible. It has been a very painful process and I only got a $200-300 refund, for my troubles. But they were really quick on charging me the whole cost of the blinds.
Consultation was excellent (Jim P), not pushy, very helpful, explained it well. Installation guys were quick, took away all packaging and polite.Only hiccup was they sent out wrong remote charger. Installer was great, he notified head office immediately to organise the correct one to be sent out. Unfortunately, after 3 follow up phone calls and promises of it 'coming 'soon', almost 6 weeks later, I still don't have the correct charger.
