I'm really pleased with how my hoodie fits! I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for the convention, but it came a few days early, which was a nice surprise. I chose a size up to ensure a proper fit based on my measurements. Initially, I thought it might be too big, but after stretching the neck and wearing it for a bit, I realized I made the right choice. It's incredibly comfortable, soft, and just the right thickness for airflow. I discovered this site through an Instagram video about another product, and I'm thrilled it met my expectations!
SCAMMERS!!! Do not order from this company, I placed an order for my sons Christmas present I ordered a puff printed hoodies what I recieved was completely the opposite I’ve sent them emails tried to contact them for an address to send the items back and requested a refund asapTheir response was I had two options that I could choose from they would offer me store credit or refund me partial $21 The item paid was $43.25 and I offered to ship it back to them Honestly I will be reporting them to consumer affairs as this is unethical I clearly ordered a green Broly anime hoody and your people sent me a green quicksilver jumper How is it ethical of u to make me pay for shipping cost of a product you never followed through with in the first place That is deceiving for one and poor customer service I am appalled you think it’s right for a customer to pay shipment of product you never delivered or followed through with.Disappointing to say the least
Wish I could give no stars. Been a hassle with this company would recommend not buying save your money. The company they used to ship is worthless, and now i can't even get a response from Vintacrew to figure out what next...DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!
Never in my life have I experienced the disappointment and regret I got from ordering from this company.On the surface this shop has some cool designs for decent prices, however don't expect to get what you paid for.I recently ordered a hoodie of theirs for around 40-50 dollars, it was a berserk hoodie that I was looking forward to getting. Not only did it take AGES to ship, likely because it's a drop shipping company. But what I got was THE COMPLETE WRONG ITEM. I thought to myself: "Oh there must have been a mistake, I can understand these things happen let me contact support." So I go to their support page and submit a ticket... Nothing. I then message them on Instagram, where they finally replied. Once explaining the issue with my order, an issue THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM, I was offered a PARTIAL refund in either my account or as store credit... PARTIAL REFUND?! This doesn't make any sense at all, this is not my problem, I didn't ask to get a horrific quality DragonBall Z hoodie, I paid full price for an item and their incompetence caused the issue. This wasn't the only thing, I was offered to return it, however this was only if:It has never been worn or washed, was still in the original packaging and also had the labels still attached.Which is fine... BUT THE ITEM CAME IN A VACUUM SEALED PLASTIC BAG THAT YOU NEED TO RIP TO OPEN. I have no way of knowing that the item I got was wrong until I open it as it's not see through. Not only that but it also has no tags anyway.I have decided to just give up on this company, I can't believe I'm being punished for their mistakes. They've lost a customer and I hope anyone that reads this thinks twice before ordering from here. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
I think the buying process was very smooth and my products came on time and fairly close to what I expected.I think the only issue was that there was some inconsistency with the sizes. Ultimately I'm not going to return anything because they are all doable. And workable, butI ordered only one size for all the items and I felt like the gym shorts were REALLY small and the skinny sweatpants were just a little small, but the oversized sweatpants were extremely oversized. I also think the sweatshirt was probably the perfect size, but I expected a regular sweatshirt to fit a little bigger.And to be a little sicker, but instead it wore kind of like a t shirt. Quality is pretty surprising.However, and I loved the free gift.So this company did so many things that were really great. The designs were also as expected. Overall i will likely be purchasing more products, but i'm going to have to get the sizes All a little bit bigger and maybe get smaller sizes in any of the oversized items.
