Over all I had a good experience purchasing with you guys, the only things I found confusing was the sizing, I wish there was comparisons for each country, for example, US, UK, EU and many more, I think it would help people get more accurate sizes, that way they won’t be met with disappointment of getting the wrong size, I do however think the style of the clothes are awesome, and once I receive them and see the quality, I’ll see if I’ll purchase more!
In November, I placed an order for a Goku hoodie as a Christmas gift. However, when the package arrived, the product was completely wrong: I received a Jordan hoodie, which had nothing to do with what I had ordered.I contacted the store to resolve the issue, and the experience was very disappointing. The message exchange was extremely slow, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Even though there was still enough time for the correct gift to arrive before Christmas, they refused to send me the product I originally ordered, which was the only thing I asked for. Instead, they only offered two “solutions”: a $20 refund or a $23 store credit.Both options were totally inadequate, as they didn’t even cover half the price of the hoodie or the shipping costs to Spain, meaning I would have had to pay a significant amount again for a mistake that was not mine. On top of that, returning the incorrect Jordan hoodie was almost as expensive as buying the hoodie again, which is completely unreasonable.I asked several times for them to simply send me the correct hoodie and let them keep the wrong one, since it was the only Christmas gift I had planned, but they showed no real willingness to fix the problem. I even considered placing a new order, but after the “solutions” they proposed, I completely lost trust in the store and did not dare to buy again.It’s truly a shame, because if they had handled the situation properly, I would have continued shopping with them and recommended the store. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I will not be purchasing from this store again.
