Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I bought 3 items and 1 of them they gave me an incorrect item. I can understand human error mistakes can be made etc but heres the thing, they said and i quote "We tagged it as out of stock after the incident so we cannot resend it"... So basically after I placed the order they realized it was out of stock and instead of messaging me to stay its out of stock and offering me a refund or to choose something else, they just replaced what i wanted with something random. Now when i ask for a refund they say i have to send it back to them at my expense or take a partial refund. Its a slick move as no one is going to pay out of pocket to return to china from uk, so now the only option is a partial refund for a pair of pants i will never wear which basically means they get rid of some deadstock that nobody wants for half price haha. Its sad because i like the quality of the hoodies and wanted more but for the sake of $36 they chose to scam/use me as a way to get rid of deadstock at half price. I rejected the partial refund out of principle as you clearly need it more than me. Horrible business practice

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered Shorts but received the wrong item. While mistakes can happen, the way Vintacrew handled the situation was extremely poor.After contacting their customer service with all the necessary details and photos, they only offered me a $9 store credit or a $9 partial refund — despite the fact that the item I ordered was worth $19.84. Despite following up multiple times over several weeks, Vintacrew support didn't respond at all.Their customer service is unresponsive, completely ignoring their own policy of replying within 72 hours. It took multiple follow-ups with no real resolution, and I was left to deal with their mistake on my own.While their products may seem attractive, be warned: if anything goes wrong with your order, you might be left without support. I would not recommend shopping with Vintacrew based on my experience.

I just received the 2 hoodies I ordered and they are the warmest hoodies I have ever owned. They're extremely comfortable as well. May be ordering another one here in the future.

DONT USE

this company is absolutely shocking. I accidentally put the wrong address in. I sent them 20 emails requesting to put the right delivery address in every single email went unanswered and they shipped out the product. Do not use this company. Absolutely shocking

I ordered an oversized Broly shirt and…

I ordered an oversized Broly shirt and received an over sized Jiren shirt instead. Reached out with multiple emails and no response. The shirt is okay quality but the graphic is basically plastic. Poor quality for sure and a terrible customer service. Will never order again, total disappointment!!!
