I purchased a green Broly hoodie that looks amazing on the website but received a black hoodie with iron on graphics that isn't even high quality. And now that I'm asking for a refund they either want me to take a $25 credit to their store (why would I do that if you can't send the correct product in the first place) or take $25 as a refund and keep the bad quality hoodie. I asked for a full refund and they said I have to ship the hoodie back to them but postage is on me even though they sent me the wrong order.... Please do not order from this company
I have bought from them before and I like the hoodies for the price. The website needs the ability to filter on size though. Only a very few items are in the bigger sizes and it’s a pain to have to click on every item to find the right ones.
They have some Amazing items and my kids love Anime! The items look like good quality and decent value for money. Only problem I had was I couldn't find some of the items adveristed on some of the videos which I would of loved to have got for my sons. Over all easy to use and great all round. Thank you
