Review Time
I ordered my items on December 3rd and the latest update that I received by email was on December 17th stating that my items were still in transit. It is now December 25th and I'm still waiting on my items that were supposed to be delivered within 21 days. I'll give and updated review if my order is ever delivered.
I feel completely ripped off, I waited 4.5 weeks for a sweater and a jacket. When it finally arrived, the sweater looked completely different than the photos and the jacket was the wrong one and not the one I ordered! It's all poor quality and a scam for this price! Never buy anything from Vintacrew!
I placed order on 12/16/24. I never received my order or confirmation number. My credit card was charged. I reached out to customer service. You can't speak with someone just leave your information and call back number. They never reached back after 72 hours. Emailed yesterday 12/30/24. No response yet.
I’ve sent numerous emails in regards to my package and have not received a reply. I bought a hoodie from them hoping to gift for Christmas. I just wanted a status on package so I would know how to proceed. Unfortunately no replies. The customer service is horrible. All i want is someone to reach out to me.
