Terrible service. I bought 3 ties that arrived a few days late compared to the initial delivery date. I didn't like the original color of 2 of the ties and wanted to return them. I went to the website to make the return and the process of creating a ticket leads to another platform that sends an automated email interrupting the response within 48 business hours. Besides being confusing, more than 3 weeks have passed, and there is no feedback, and when I call the phone number on the website, they say it's not assigned. A shameful after-sales service.

A la suite de ce post Viola Milano me menace de dénigrer mon cabinet (qui n'a rien à voir dans cette histoire), si je ne retire pas mes commentaires (cela en dit long sur leurs méthodes): voici le texte de l'email de viola milano:

"Dear Jean,

Hope all is well.

Your tie laying here ready since january. You have not left one review - you left 3 reviews.

The order will not be refunded and we leave this experience with your law firm and you on google. I leave 3, and will add one for every time you add it.

Order Issues and Lack of Communication

I placed an order for four ties on December 21. While the website indicates my order is completed, I have not received any shipping information or tracking details. As of January 5, there has been no update on my order status. I reached out to the customer service team twice, but I have yet to receive a response. Given that other customers have mentioned only getting a reply after posting a review, I will maintain this two-star rating until I receive a response or clarification.

Disappointing experience with refund

I placed an order for a leather bracelet in September 2025, only to be informed that the color I wanted was out of stock. Since then, I've exchanged 13 emails requesting a refund, having asked for it 5 times. Despite their repeated assurances that I would receive my refund, it has yet to be processed.

Ordered accessories for a special occasion

I ordered some accessories for a special event 15 days before it, thinking that would be enough time. After having previously purchased a tie, I expected timely delivery and quality. However, a week after placing my order, I tried to reach customer support for an update. After three emails and 14 days, I still have not heard back. Terrible service.

Since then, I have not received any updates about my order, despite sending a couple of emails and opening several tickets with customer service (they claim to respond within 48 hours). I placed an order on November 28th and have emailed four times without any reply. The website feels like a rip-off—do not order! Update: After posting this, the company confirmed receipt of my order, but there has been no further communication. The situation is still unresolved, and I have no idea if my items have shipped or if I will receive them at all. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
