Quality of clothing leaves much to be desired

The clothing quality was very disappointing. I felt misled when I received my order. The fabric felt thin, and the overall quality was lacking. I would not recommend this service at all!

Excellent service experience

I ordered a blazer in size 12 and it arrived just two days later. It was slightly big, so I returned it and ordered a smaller size, which also arrived in two days. I received my refund within three days as well. Shopping here was straightforward, and I love my blazer. I will definitely shop here again.

Disappointing quality experience

I was let down by what I received. The items seemed different from what was advertised. The quality was poor, with color variations, an unpleasant smell, and materials that felt cheap and worn. I ordered eight items across two purchases, initially thinking my first order was just a fluke. However, the second order was even worse. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to express my disappointment. The promotional visuals looked fantastic, but the reality was far from it. I cannot recommend this service.

Poor fit for petite sizes

The clothing looks beautiful online, but it never fits me well. At 5ft3, I find the items poorly suited for petite individuals. The quality has declined compared to a few years ago. It's unfortunate, but I will not be purchasing from this service any longer.

Extremely poor quality garments

The clothing quality was shockingly poor, with threads unraveling and buttons falling off. The material was cheap and see-through, completely different from what was advertised. I wouldn't waste my time with this service as the items were also not true to size.

Unpleasant smell and poor fitting

I ordered a black co-ord suit, but the waistcoat was too long for my height of 5ft9, which is not true to size. While the trousers fit, the awful smell from the garments was the worst part of this purchase. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

Difficulties with returns

Avoid this service if you want to return items. I bought two dresses, and one did not meet my expectations. I followed the return instructions, which stated a cost of €4.95, but I ended up paying €6.00. After mailing it back and receiving confirmation, I was told they never received it. Their customer service was unhelpful and lacking empathy. I lost €36 on this purchase. Lesson learned; I will not recommend this service.
