I am satisfied with my online order but the shipping with DHL was not practical since you had to call to find out where your item was delivered for pick up which took us 3-4 days to find where to pick up and so on. Overall, I am happy with the Visionet item (s).//Ali
Ordered 2 sunglasses with a great discount, the delivery from France to California took about 5 days by Fedex, which is pretty fast. Support via chat also was helpful to check the status, just take into account the time difference.At first I was afraid it's a scam due to website appearance, but it turns out it's legit. Recommend.
Bought glasses but could never get use to the lenses so never wore them. Got them out again recently to try again but one of the arms was very loose and the glasses would fall off my face. They are as new but the company says the arms cannot be adjusted or tightened and they won’t replace. The glasses are not fit for purpose.
After ordering prescription glasses which involved uploading my prescription, they sent me glasses with clear logo lenses - as you might send a optician. Every stage of trying to contact and arrange a refund has involved 3 emails they ignore. Along with an arrogant attitude. Dont go near. Still no refund 6 weeks later.
Good experience I received my Michael Kors frames within a week to U.S.A. it also came with the original Michael Kors case that came with it. This is the best bang for your budget deal. The different shades of tints and gradients makes it more amazing. When you paying out of pocket for frames they can be a bit overpriced this company offers the most affordable and stylish frames in the market up to 50%-80% off. I will continue to purchase from them.
BEWARE!!! This company is based in France, extra tax will be payable.Ordered Some HugoBoss frames from UK, price looked reasonable, said were in stock, paid extra for faster courier delivery 4 days instead of Royal Mail 8 days. Nowhere on the website order process did it say that the frames were being shipped from France. Package got stuck in customs, and I've had to pay an additional 20% Tax, and took total of 9 days and extra hassle to get finally delivered. Was happy with Frame when it arrived, but annoyed that I was not advised frames were being dispatched from France, otherwise would have ordered frames more locally, would have paid less, and received them quicker.
