Glasses fell apart after a week of use

Do not, under any circumstances get your prescription glasses ordered through this company. The lenses came apart after 1 week of use. I wish I could post a photo for you to see. The screws completely fell off. When I requested a refund for the damaged product. I was told I would only get half of the amount refunded back to my account. So stay clear from this company. I don’t know what to do, I took the glasses to my local optician 3 times to tighten the screws and they still get loose after a week. I am so upset, this is fraud.

Poor communication & glasses weren’t even right

I didn’t realize this was a European based company until I had placed my order and received an email from them. It was clear English wasn’t their native language and almost felt like a robot had written the email, I started to question my purchase and asked them to either call me or cancel my order. The only further communication I got was an email saying my order was processed. The glasses arrived very timely, however the Rx is completely wrong, somehow the vision is distorted. Very dissatisfied with the communication from the company and the final product.

Ordered glasses for my husband and…

Ordered glasses for my husband and sunglasses for my son (both with prescription lenses). Delivery was amazingly fast - it took exactly seven (!) days from ordering until they arrived at home - even though they were shipped from France and we live in Germany.But what is even better are the lenses - quality just like from local opticians. We had already tried 3 different internet opticians before, but visionet had the best quality by far.

Bought 3 pairs of sunglasses from visionet.Really great and fast service. Friendly customer services and offer a really great price. The best is the shipping is very fast. It’s take about 3 days from france to malaysia. Im really impressed with the faster shipping.Top notch service.
